Raised across the differing landscapes of London (UK), Northwestern Canada, and Goa (India), with a background in Sociology and Print Media from Concordia University, Devon developed an affinity for finding the throughline across aesthetics, merging an understanding of cultural dynamics with a deep appreciation for materiality and texture.

Devon’s self-termed "gonzo design" draws inspiration from gonzo journalism, using irony, satire, and imperfection to craft designs that feel raw and familiar.

Influenced by wabi-sabi principles, his work blends natural imperfection and transience with emerging technological workflows and optimistic futurist aesthetics. Devon acknowledges design as a cultural catalyst, challenging conventions while remaining rooted in timeless, human-centered principles.
